🎯 Vortex Razor HD Gen III 6-36x56 FFP VMR-5 MOA Riflescope: Professional-Grade Long-Range Performance 🎯
The Vortex Razor HD Gen III First Focal Plane Riflescope, Anodized Stealth, 6-36x56, VMR-5 MOA (RZR-63603) is built for shooters who demand high magnification, clear long-range detail, reliable adjustments, and a durable optic platform. With a 6-36x magnification range, large 56mm objective lens, first focal plane VMR-5 MOA reticle, and redesigned L-Tec+ Zero Stop turret system, this Razor HD Gen III is ready for demanding precision and long-range applications. ✅
The Razor HD Gen III is built around a balance of magnification range and field of view. Its 6-36x magnification gives users flexibility for close observation through extended long-range viewing, while the 56mm objective lens is designed to support image resolution, contrast, and light transmission. At 100 yards, the field of view ranges from 20.5 feet to 3.5 feet, depending on magnification. 🔭
This configuration uses a first focal plane reticle. With a first focal plane design, the reticle scales in size as magnification changes, helping the VMR-5 MOA reticle’s subtensions remain proportional throughout the zoom range. Fine crosshair subtensions support measurement and adjustment while maintaining a clear view of the target area.
The VMR-5 MOA reticle is designed for users who prefer MOA-based references for holds and adjustments. It provides a practical reticle layout for long-range applications where observing impacts, making corrections, and maintaining visual clarity are important. 🎯
The Razor HD Gen III features a redesigned exposed locking turret system with L-Tec+ Zero Stop and micro adjust. This system is designed to make zeroing straightforward and provide a solid return to zero. With one set screw, users can set the zero stop and make precise adjustments through the scope’s 1/4 MOA adjustment graduation.
The scope provides 25 MOA of travel per rotation, up to 120 MOA maximum elevation adjustment, and up to 52.5 MOA maximum windage adjustment. These adjustment ranges give users a broad amount of available travel for compatible long-range setups.
A side parallax adjustment supports focus from 10 yards to infinity, providing useful versatility across a wide range of observation distances. The Razor HD Gen III also offers 3.5 inches of eye relief, helping users establish a consistent viewing position behind the optic.
At the heart of the Razor HD Gen III is Vortex’s HD optical system, engineered to provide high resolution, strong color fidelity, and reduced chromatic aberration. Proprietary anti-reflective coatings are applied to all air-to-glass surfaces to help increase light transmission. Together, these optical features are designed to support a detailed and bright sight picture. ✨
For durability, the scope uses a 34mm tube constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum. The anodized Stealth Shadow finish provides a low-glare matte exterior. The optic is O-ring sealed and argon purged for waterproof and fog-proof performance, helping it remain ready through changing weather and outdoor conditions. 🌧️
The exterior lenses are protected with Armortek coatings, which are designed to help guard against scratches, oil, and dirt. This added protection helps keep the glass cleaner and more prepared for regular use in challenging environments.
Measuring 15.3 inches long and weighing 45.1 ounces, the Razor HD Gen III 6-36x56 is a substantial long-range riflescope built for users who prioritize advanced optical capability, wide adjustment travel, and a robust turret system.
