This is a quality well built mount but Garmin could do a couple of things to make it perfect. The seat rail mount is made of metal which is good as it’s very sturdy and mounts securely. Garmin however should make the mount light specific rather than including two different mounts, one of which you’ll never use unless you have both types (with & without camera). The extension arm which comes with it was too short for my application and I had to purchase a longer extension elsewhere. It would be nice if Garmin included a few different extensions of various lengths to better fit more applications, especially at the price they’re charging. The extension that comes with it is only 1” long.
